History

The studio was born in Olbia on the initiative of Eng. Giovanni Conconi in 1975 at a time of enormous development in north-eastern Gallura immediately establishing himself for the reliability and professionalism of the services provided.
Based on these values, carried out with seriousness in over 30 years of activity, the studio has seen the TEAM grow which today is made up of numerous professionals supported by a solid local network of specialized designers, suppliers and companies with the partnerships which is now
consolidated.

Mission

The studio offers its services to customers and designers who are looking for RELIABLE AND QUALIFIED SUPPORT in Sardinia for the development of residential and commercial projects.
These figures find in a team of specialized professionals for the definition of all the technical aspects of the building such as structural and plant design, fire prevention, safety coordination and administrative and cadastral practices.
The numerous restructuring and redevelopment interventions of the existing one carried out over the years have allowed our team to specialize in the functional adaptation and energy efficiency of buildings with the CREATION OF VALUE as the final goal of the intervention.
To achieve this goal we strive every day to provide the customer with a service that is attentive to the QUALITY REQUIREMENTS OF THE TIMES AND COSTS defined in the design phase in order to make the collaboration pleasant and stimulating.
