The Conconi studio has been active for over 40 years in the design of residential and commercial buildings in Olbia. With us you will be followed in the definition of every single technical aspect: from structural and plant design to fire prevention, up to the coordination of security and administrative and cadastral practices.

In particular, we deal with administrative procedures, conformity checks, private tenders, land registry and topographical surveys, technical-legal consultancy of the office and part, specialist appraisals of real estate valuations, design and calculation of reinforced concrete structures, static tests , extensions and elevations, design and coordination of safety in temporary and mobile construction and plant construction sites, design of mechanical, electrical and special systems.
